Questions about membership

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

Monthly included credits expire at cancellation. Credits you purchased separately are yours forever and remain usable even without an active membership.

No. All trading tools are available on MQL5 Marketplace independently. Membership gives you community access, Trading Coach credits, and ecosystem perks - not the tools themselves.

We use Stripe for all payments. This supports credit/debit cards, SEPA direct debit, and other local payment methods depending on your region.

The Explorer tier gives you a taste of the ecosystem including 3 Trading Coach credits. There is no separate trial period for paid tiers, but you can cancel anytime with no lock-in.
