Power Bar Scanner

Power Bar Scanner extends the single-chart detection of Power Bar across a watchlist of up to 50 symbols simultaneously. It monitors each symbol for extreme candlestick formations in real time and surfaces them in a sortable panel so you can see where the most significant bars are forming without needing a chart open for every instrument you follow.

How traders use it

Traders who cover multiple currency pairs, metals, or indices run the scanner as a background monitor during their session. Rather than flipping through charts manually, the panel updates continuously and highlights where extreme bars are forming right now versus where one appeared an hour ago. The Age column handles this at a glance - you immediately see whether a signal is fresh or already aging out of relevance.

The Ratio column shows how extreme the bar actually is relative to ATR. A bar at 3.2x ATR is a different proposition from one at 1.1x ATR that just crossed the threshold. Sorting by Ratio lets you prioritize the most significant formations first and work down to marginal signals only if your primary setups are not triggering. Click-to-navigate means you go from identifying a signal to seeing the full chart context in a single click rather than searching through a symbol list.

Getting started

Power Bar Scanner is MT5 only. Add your symbol list in the indicator settings, configure the ATR multiplier to match your Power Bar Indicator settings, and the panel starts populating.
