Yukon

Yukon is a fully automated MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor that trades gold momentum on XAUUSD M15. It enters in the direction of the push, builds a basket at even spacing and closes the whole basket once price recovers past its average. Every leg is the same size. No martingale, no doubling into a loss. Exposure grows in a straight line.

The differentiator vs. other gold grid robots is a daily volatility check: when gold stretches beyond its normal daily range, Yukon stops opening new baskets and stops adding new legs to open ones. What wipes grid robots out is greed - entering a parabolic top, then a reversal that runs further than the grid was sized for. Yukon waits for the regime to calm.

The five guards

1. Daily volatility check - the differentiator. New entries pause when gold stretches beyond its normal regime; resumed when the market calms. Visible in real time on the panel.
2. Hard equity cap - every basket auto-closes at a share of balance you set. The default of 10% has not been touched in over two years of validation.
3. Live USD-news protection - open baskets stand down around major releases (requires the revden.io URL to be allowed in MT5).
4. Weekend flat - no positions carried through the weekend gap.
5. Straight-line exposure - flat lots, even spacing, no exponential martingale.

Setup in five steps

1. Buy Yukon on the MQL5 Market. MT5 downloads it to your Experts folder.
2. In Tools > Options > Expert Advisors, allow https://revden.io (powers the news guard).
3. Attach to an XAUUSD M15 chart. The panel loads ready. Broker time is auto-detected via the daily gold maintenance gap.
4. Set your lot per 10k of balance and your equity-cap percent. Defaults are real-tick validated.
5. Let Yukon work the claim.

The panel

A clean on-chart panel shows floating result, the day's P/L and live drawdown against your cap as a bar (green, amber, red as it approaches the line). Below: the open basket, a live performance record of closed trades, and the auto-trading status. Light and dark themes, panel zoom, runs live on the chart and in the visual Strategy Tester.

Validated on real ticks

Built and validated on years of real-tick gold data across calm markets, trending years and sharp corrections. The IS half and the OOS half are validated separately - both have to be green before a default goes in. No OHLC smoothing, no simulation shortcuts.
