I loaded Smart Stop Scanner 3.1 on an account with a number of custom symbols and got this.

Thanks for the screenshot. Two things going on:

The Smart Stop Scanner is built for live broker symbols. It needs a live tick (Bid), D1 history for ADR, and enough M5/M15/H1 bars to detect SL events. Custom symbols (TickStory imports, MACD test datasets, etc.) usually don't have a live feed and often lack the D1 history, so the scanner has no inputs to work with on those rows. You can see that at the bottom of your panel: AUDCHF and AUDJPY have live feeds and come through cleanly, the custom symbols just sit on Bid 0.00.

The long number filling the SL%/Dist%/Time/Status columns is a display bug on our side. That's our internal "no data" sentinel being printed verbatim instead of falling back to a dash like the Last SL column already does. I'll fix that in the next build so empty rows render properly.

So nothing you need to do on your end. Custom symbols just aren't in scope for the scanner, and the cosmetic glitch will be cleaned up.
