Impact: within that window there may be a short interruption of up to one hour. After it, everything is back to normal automatically.
The timing is deliberate. The window sits right inside the weekend market close, when the market is shut anyway, so your live signals and your trading are not affected. There is nothing you need to do. If a page or the app is briefly unreachable during the night, simply try again afterwards.
