Questions about membership

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

Paid plans include Max on a generous monthly fair-use basis. Conversation packs you buy are yours forever and stay usable even without an active membership.

You buy the trading tools individually on the MQL5 Marketplace, and they run independently of any membership. Membership brings Max with account context, live market data from REVDEN, and the AlgoCheck reports.

We use Stripe for all payments. This supports credit/debit cards, SEPA direct debit, and other local payment methods depending on your region.

Your first 20 conversations with Max are on us on the free Explorer plan, no card needed. On the paid plans you can cancel anytime with no lock-in.
